Custom Merch for Breweries and Distilleries by Graffiti Wear

Merch as crafted as what's in the glass

You put serious work into every batch. The recipe, the label art, the name on the can. Your merch should get that same care.

Every Graffiti Wear design starts with real artwork, made by muralists, painters and illustrators here in Utah's art community. Taprooms and tasting rooms are natural fits for us, because craft beverage people already care about art. Think about how much attention goes into a great can label. We bring that thinking to tees, hoodies and hats.

Whether you brew in Salt Lake City, distill spirits in Park City, run a taproom in Ogden or pour cider in Southern Utah, we help you build a merch line that sells and a staff look that fits your brand.

Why merch matters for breweries and distilleries

For many craft producers, merch isn't a side project. It's part of the brand. Fans who love your stout want to wear it to the next festival. Visitors who tour your distillery want a souvenir that isn't a bottle they have to pack in a suitcase.

  • Taproom sales. A good merch wall can earn back what it costs and keep your name in front of guests.
  • Brand reach. Every hoodie on a ski lift or a trail is free exposure.
  • Staff identity. Brewers, cellar crew, bartenders and tour guides look like one team.
  • Festival booths. Shirts on your crew make your booth easy to find in a crowded beer garden.

Turn your label art into apparel

You probably already have great artwork sitting on your cans and bottles. That's a head start. We can adapt label art into wearable designs, or build something new from scratch.

Ideas that work

  • Flagship beer shirts. Your best-selling IPA, lager or sour gets its own tee with the label art front and center.
  • Seasonal releases. A shirt for the fall harvest ale, the winter barrel-aged stout, the spring release. Fans collect them.
  • Distillery heritage. Copper stills, barrels, mash bills and the story of how you got started, illustrated in a vintage style.
  • Behind-the-scenes humor. "Cellar Crew." "Brewed, Not Stirred." "Ask Me About Hops." Taproom staff love these.
  • Utah landscapes. Red rock, the Wasatch, a desert sunset or a snowy canyon paired with your logo. Locals and tourists both buy these.

Design help is included with your order. Send us your label files, logo or a rough concept. Our team creates the artwork and sends a digital proof. Nothing prints until you sign off.

What to stock on your merch wall

A good taproom merch lineup covers a few price points and styles. Here's a solid starting mix:

  • Tees in two or three colors. Your bread and butter.
  • Hoodies for fall and winter. Popular in mountain towns.
  • Snapback hats with patches. Easy impulse buy, one size fits most.
  • Long sleeves and crewnecks for the shoulder seasons.
  • Crop tops and tanks for summer patios and festivals.
  • Sweatpants for the fans who really, really love you.

Start with one strong design across a few garments rather than many designs in small numbers. See what sells, then add more.

Order sizes and pricing

Our minimum is 24 pieces per design. Sizes and colors can be mixed within that 24, so you can order a spread of sizes and a couple of shirt colors without overbuying any one item.

Custom tees start at $16 each. Pricing depends on the garment, the number of colors in your print, the number of print locations and the quantity. Bigger orders get better per-piece pricing.

A tip: craft beverage art often uses lots of colors. If you want to keep costs down, ask us about simplifying the palette for apparel. A two- or three-color version of your label can look just as good on a shirt.

Staff apparel for the brewhouse and tasting room

Your brewers and your bartenders do very different work. Plan apparel that works for both.

  • Brewhouse and cellar. Dark tees, durable hoodies, hats. Simple designs that hold up.
  • Taproom and tasting room. Something a bit sharper, with your logo on the chest and a graphic on the back.
  • Tour guides. A shirt that says "Tour Guide" or "Ask Me" helps visitors find them.
  • Events crew. Matching shirts for beer fests, markets and pop-ups.

Easy reorders with a private ordering page

Merch sells out. That's a good problem. We can set up a private ordering page for your brewery or distillery on graffitiwearclothing.com. Your team logs in, picks sizes and colors, pays by card and ships it to any address. Your designs are kept on file, so reordering your best seller is quick and simple.

If you run a production facility and a separate taproom, or more than one location, each one can order exactly what it needs.

Buying merch for resale

Plenty of breweries and distilleries sell their merch. If you're buying for resale, send us a Utah TC-721 sales tax exemption certificate and we'll remove tax from your account.
